Beef brisket is from the breast section between the foreshank and plate. It contains of layers of fat and lean meat, but no bones. Try slow smoking or braising this brisket in a seasoned sauce with vegetables. It's sure to be a hit at your next gathering! It can also be cured in salt brine to make corned beef.
