Our 80 lb Beef Sample Package includes 40 lbs of our Devon ground beef frozen in 1 lb vacuum sealed packages. (The exact amount of ground may vary depending upon the weight of the other cuts.)
The other 40 lbs will include an assortment of roasts, filets, ribeyes, NY strips, sirloin, flank, skirt, cubed steak, stew meat or short ribs, and one package of soup bones. Home delivery is free if within 30 miles of our farm!
